1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this website, joining the free community, purchasing a membership, or accessing CouchLock Sports content, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be old enough to participate in sports wagering under the laws that apply where you live and, in all cases, at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Some jurisdictions require users to be 21 or older. You are solely responsible for determining whether sports wagering and related content are lawful in your location.
You may not use CouchLock Sports to violate any law, evade an operator restriction, harass another member, distribute malware, scrape protected content, share access credentials, or interfere with the service.
3. Nature of the service
CouchLock Sports may provide sports picks, commentary, analysis, simulations, educational material, community discussion, and member-submitted content. All such material is opinion and information only. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice.
CouchLock Sports does not control sporting events, sportsbooks, betting markets, player availability, officiating, weather, injuries, or other factors that affect outcomes. No statement should be interpreted as a guarantee.
4. Membership access
Free and paid membership access is managed through Whop. You may be required to create a Whop account and connect a supported community account. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may not be resold, shared, copied, recorded, or redistributed.
Membership features, posting frequency, covered sports, and channel availability may vary. CouchLock Sports does not promise a fixed number of picks unless a specific written offer expressly states otherwise.
5. Prices, billing, and renewal
Prices and billing intervals are displayed before checkout. The 3-Day VIP Pass is a one-time purchase unless the checkout page states otherwise. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly memberships are recurring subscriptions and renew at the interval shown until canceled.
Current active subscribers are intended to retain the price shown at signup while the same subscription remains continuously active. Taxes, payment-processing requirements, chargebacks, plan changes, or platform requirements may affect the final amount or availability.
Whop processes payments and provides billing management. You authorize Whop and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method according to the checkout terms.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may manage or cancel a recurring membership through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future renewal and generally does not retroactively refund an already-started access period.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are final once access is delivered. Duplicate charges, technical access failures, or other billing errors should be reported promptly through the available Whop support process.
7. Community conduct
Members must communicate respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes threats, targeted harassment, discrimination, doxxing, scams, impersonation, spam, unauthorized advertising, and posting illegal or harmful material.
Community slips and opinions posted by members are their own. CouchLock Sports does not verify, endorse, or guarantee user-submitted picks. Tail any community content at your own discretion and risk.
8. Intellectual property
The CouchLock Sports name, logo, website design, original written content, picks formatting, graphics, and member materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.
You may view content for personal use during your active access period. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, screen-record, redistribute, or create a competing database from protected content without written permission.
9. Suspension and termination
CouchLock Sports may restrict or terminate access for chargebacks, payment failure, credential sharing, content theft, abusive conduct, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms. Serious violations may result in removal without refund to the extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CouchLock Sports makes no warranty regarding accuracy, availability, uninterrupted access, results, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Historical records, simulations, streaks, and prior outcomes do not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all money wagered.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CouchLock Sports and its operators will not be liable for wagering losses, lost profits, indirect damages, interrupted access, third-party platform failures, user-submitted content, or decisions made from information available through the service.
12. Third-party services
The website may link to Whop, community platforms, sportsbooks, or other third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. CouchLock Sports is not responsible for their availability, conduct, or security.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
